Goal tracking & log book

I believe in quality and attention to detail. Therefore to help you get the most out of your training, every single session we do will be documented so I can effectively track your progress, analyse your results and subsequently customise your training to ensure that each session is as beneficial as possible.

360 support

Throughout the process I will offer you full support that goes beyond the training session itself. Including guidance on non-training days helping you to not only build better habits but more importantly ensure you maintain them.
